AltX- and TSX-V-listed Alphamin Resources has announced that Paul Baloyi has resigned as a director of the company, effective January 31.

Baloyi has served on the board since April 2017 as an appointee of the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa.

“The board of directors wishes to thank him for his contributions to Alphamin during his tenure,” the company said in a January 5 statement.

Alphamin owns and operates the Mpama North and South tin mines in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
